Water and mold damage

Water leak occurred while homeowner was out of town. There was mold in the garage and adjacent room. We removed moldy baseboard, drywall, insulation and carpet/pad and remediated while using containment and air scrubbers. A dehu was placed to dry. Once dry, mold clearance testing was performed.
